Orders are accepted using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Amex. When placing
your credit card order, be sure to state your name as it appears on the
card, the card number and the expiration date of your card.
We do allow customers to use Paypal to make order payment for their convenience and security. Please choose PAYPAL as your payment type when placing your order. A Sales Rep. will then figure your shipping and email you the total and a convenient link to allow you to make a payment from Paypal's site.
We bill credit cards in FULL at the time of the order,
unless a lengthy shipment delay is expected. However we do not normally
charge shipping for backordered items. We feel this policy is much more
fair than being charged 3 and 4 times for inventory problems that are no fault of

Add an additional 2% discount to all online, faxed or mailed orders that do not require pre or post-sales representative help. The will display after your order has been fully processed and shipped.

NEXT DAY AIR UPS -(RED) Although expensive, you can have your parts the
next day! A surcharge of $5.00 is added in addition to the actual UPS Next Day
Air charge. Saturday delivery is available for another $10 over and above the
next day air fees.
2ND DAY AIR UPS -(BLUE) less expensive than Next Day Air. You
get your package in 2 working days. A surcharge of $4.00 is added to the
actual UPS 2ND Day Air charge.
3 DAY UPS -(SELECT) less expensive than 2 Day Air. You get your
package in 3 working days. A surcharge of $4.00 is added to the actual UPS 3 Day
Select charge. Recommended for West region orders that are not oversized
or overly heavy.
Registered Users have the ability to place express order. Express ordering allows you to add items to your shopping cart by simply typing in the Part Number and Quantity. This can be a great time saver if you've already looked up the Part Numbers you'd like to order.
The column labeled "In Stock?" allows you to see the current stock status of each Product in our warehouses;
Yes = In stock
No = Not in stock at the moment, but stock changes daily. Unless the item
has a "0.00" dollar price, parts will be back in stock shortly.

It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the merchandise in
good condition. Please inspect all deliveries in the presence of the carrier.
If you receive a package that has been opened or damaged, have the driver
note "DAMAGE" on his delivery sheet. Contact UPS or the local
truck line that delivered the package so that they can inspect it immediately.
The carrier will then contact us and we will take the appropriate steps.
Please follow these instructions in the event of a damaged parcel.
Parts that are returnable must be unused and in the original packaging..
All non-defective merchandise returned may receive up to a 15% restocking
charge. Even if it is our error, we will only reimburse for current UPS

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. We cannot replace
merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made. Please

Many items in our inventory move very quickly, and occasionally we are
out of stock on some items. All back ordered items will be stored in our
computer until we are able to ship the merchandise requested, unless you
do not want back ordered items. Please specify this or note this on your
order. If you have an item on back order, it normally takes approximately
2 weeks to receive the back ordered items(s). If you would like to cancel
a back ordered item, please phone our office.
Always check the contents of your shipment immediately. Compare any shortages
to the packing slip to verify part has not been backordered. If you feel
there is a shortage, you must call within 3 days of receiving the package.

For foreign orders (UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, etc.) and FPO, APO,
specify preferred shipment method. UPS Senderex, Federal Express, Emory,

You can return items for a refund, credit or exchange by calling first.

(2) a note stating why the items are being returned, and (3) instructions
on whether you prefer a credit, refund, or exchange for other parts.
